Details: The Fresno County Hispanic Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services, Inc. (formerly Fresno County Commission on Alcoholism for the Spanish speaking, 1977 through 1986) is a 501 © (3) nonprofit corporation governed by a nine (9) member Board of Directors. Administrative Offices are located at 1803 Broadway Street, Fresno, CA 93721. The D.A.T.E. program provides services for those arrested and convicted for driving while under the influence (DUI) of alcohol and / or other drugs. D.A.T.E. has programs for both first and multiple offenders. The program provides a variety of counseling and educational sessions designed to confront the dangers, often deadly, and always illegal behavior of driving while under the influence of alcohol and / or other drugs.
