Details: Off Main Clinic provides methadone maintenance and detoxification to adults suffering from addiction to heroin and other opiates. The clinic is state-licensed and accredited by CARF International. As the leading provider of opiate addiction treatment services in Monterey County, Off Main Clinic (OMC) is strongly committed to bringing the very best and most effective treatment options to patients. OMC provides medically supervised methadone maintenance, detoxification and counseling to adults suffering from addiction to heroin and other opiates, including prescription pills. The clinic is state-licensed and accredited by CARF International. OMC complies with all federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations. In addition to providing methadone maintenance services, all patients receive one-on-one harm reduction counseling by highly trained professionals. Patients meet with their counselor to design a treatment plan to meet their individual goals. We offer both harm reduction and methadone-to-abstinence opportunities.
