Details: We operate licensed facilities in San Mateo, San Francisco, and Tulare Counties providing residential and outpatient substance abuse treatment for men, women, and young women with child, transitional sober living environment for both men and women, a health education and prevention programs for teenagers, case management; safety-net services, and public awareness, We provide culturally competent services with 30 fulltime, 20 part-time staff, 20 volunteers and volunteer board members. TLC initiated Entre Familia in 2000 to provide outpatient services to both men and women from a licensed facility in South San Francisco.
