Details: Encompass Community Services (formerly Santa Cruz Community Counseling Center), a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, has been serving Santa Cruz County since 1973. Fenix Outpatient Services provides drug and/or alcohol abuse treatment services to adults. We offer comprehensive individual sessions, family and group sessions. We provide substance abuse counseling including: AOD education, Early Sobriety, Relapse Prevention, Perinatal Cal-Works, Anger Management, Domestic Violence and Prop36. Counseling sessions vary in duration and most are based on a sliding fee scale. No one is denied services due to inability to pay. Private and self-referrals are welcome.
