Details: In 1990, the dreams of Gene and Tish Hughes, recovering alcoholics/drug addicts, became a reality with the birth of Sun Ray Addictions in the Hemet and San Jacinto Valley. Their dreams included the provision of a compassionate and understanding treatment facility, along with an affordable price for recovery. Today, Gene's widow, Tish Hughes, carries on those dreams with a professional and caring staff assisting individuals, family members, loved ones, and friends with a variety of treatment methods. Since Gene's death in 2005, Tish has been joined by her daughter Debbie, who not only spent 27 years on the streets researching the darkest depths of her addiction, achieved sobriety, then enrolled in school and became a Certified Substance Abuse, Anger Management, and Gambling Counselor, she is joined by our staff of recovering individuals who have lived through the addiction lifestyle, completed the Alcohol/Drug Studies Certification Programs and have made those lifestyle changes they now offer to others. It would be our pleasure to share what we have learned over the years in sobriety to help you recover from your addiction and to find the peace and happiness we have been so blessed to achieve. Sun Ray Addictions has been instrumental in assisting many Alcohol/Drug Counselor Interns to get started in their Career of Choice. It is not only our goal to help the Addicted, but to assist our staff with the expertise and skills to provide quality counseling services where ever they go.
