Details: The Women’s Recovery Association exists to restore women of all ages and circumstances to a life of dignity and respect, free from the effects of substance abuse. The Elms was opened in 1980 with a grant from the County of San Mateo. It is our largest facility, with the capacity to serve fifteen women. The Elms was renovated in 2010, with a new kitchen and disabled access.
