Details: The Department of Behavioral Health (DBH), Substance Abuse Services (SAS) Division is charged with the planning, development, and administration of a countywide substance use disorder prevention and treatment system. The SAS Division’s mission is to support appropriate education, prevention, and treatment services to reduce or eliminate alcohol and other drug (AOD) - related barriers to ongoing health, well-being, and economic independence of individuals and families.
