Details: CHOICES is a Comprehensive Perinatal Service Center program for women 18 years and older in need of comprehensive, high quality, and sensitive services. Services are provided in an Habilitative Day Care or Outpatient Services setting. CHOICES works closely with other community agencies and collaborative networks, such as: Department of Children and Family Services, Department of Public Social Services, Family Support, Family Preservation, Pacific Clinics, Day One, Healthy Start, Housing and Homeless Network, Passageways, Union Station, etc.
