Details: The NCADD/South Bay is dedicated to the promotion of better health and greater safety in the South Bay and its neighboring communities. To accomplish this the Organization provides programs of education and prevention regarding the misuse of alcohol and other drugs and the diseases of alcoholism and drug dependence, and offers recovery and/or referral services to those afflicted with such problems and for their loved ones who also suffer. NCADD/South Bay is a non-profit 501c3 organization founded in 1973. No one will be turned away because of lack of funds. Flossie Lewis Center - Specially designed residential programs which meet the unique needs of women, including pregnant and parenting women with small children. This facility houses up to 34 women in programs ranging from 3 to 12 months in length. The Flossie Lewis Center is a completely smoke free facility. Transitional Living Center - Provides safe, sober and supportive housing to graduates of the Flossie Lewis Center for up to a year after completion of their residential program.
