Details: S.F. Bay Counseling and Education has been operating since November 3, 1997, in which Traffic Violator School, Driver's Education and Training were the only program's offered at that time. February 3, 1999 We were certified as a Batterers Intervention Program Provider, a 52 week gender specific counseling program as defined by PC 1203.097. June 1, 2000 we also began our Substance Abuse Counseling Program, and as of September 19, 2007 were were certified by The Department of Human Services (DHS) in San Francisco to provide Parenting Education up to 52 weeks.
