Details: Founded in 1999, Laws Support Center (LSC) is a non-profit community based organization for individuals dealing with substance abuse issues. Law Support Center was created to provide a safe, quality comprehensive and healthy sober living environment, for a culturally diverse community that meets the needs of its clientele. Along these years of services, LSC has noticed an increased necessity of integrating substance abuse and mental health services in order to deal with the high demand of co-occurring disorder clientele. Laws Support Center provides outpatient integrated substance abuse and mental health treatment. The center has teamed with several State agencies over the years, providing sober living housing for ex-felons returning to society. LSC is considered to be a leader in its community, providing for the needs of its clients, who have requested a safe haven to begin preparation back into society as a productive citizen. The program includes comprehensive referral network provide newly paroled participants with employment, family reunification, mental health and housing as they return to their communities.
