Details: Downtown L.A. CADA is a substance abuse and behavioral outpatient treatment facility, fully accredited by the State of California’s Alcohol and Drug Program Administration (ADPA), and the County of Los Angeles’ Substance Abuse Prevention and Control (SAPC). Downtown L.A. CADA has a caring and supportive staff that is client-centered- The length of the treatment program varies, according to the program and the needs of the client. Downtown L.A. CADA is unique in that we are an “open door†facility – our services are provided on an “ability to pay†basis. Every effort is made not to turn away a client because of a lack of funds or the absence of a funding source. Many of our clients are homeless or at-risk homeless, but not all. Some are Court ordered into treatment, but others walk through our doors seeking help on their own.
