Details: Justice Services provides alternative sentencing and diversion programs for most misdemeanor offences sent to the criminal court system in Arizona. Justice Services is a licensed, private community corrections treatment agency with 30 years experience serving the criminal courts, managed by licensed clinical personnel and business professionals. We are an ‘offender pay’ model with modest fees that are part of the accountability component of the criminal act for which the defendant was cited. We offer a wide spectrum of licensed behavioral health programs as well as Home Detention, Remote Alcohol Monitoring, and in-prison substance abuse relapse-prevention programs.
