Details: Family Service Agency provides outpatient behavioral/mental health and substance abuse treatment services to individuals and families looking for assistance in resolving their mental health issues. Services are provided in a professional, culturally competent and respectful manner. All our counselors are licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners and all our clinics are licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services. Family Service Agency does not discriminate because of a person’s age, race, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability, handicap, socio-economic status/condition, or any other category. Services are available in both English and Spanish.
