Muskegon River Youth Home Location: Evart, MI - 49631 Contact Phone: (231) 734-6254 Website: http://www.mryh.org/ Description: Muskegon River Youth Home was started in 1996. In 1996, the non-secure boy’s treatment unit was built. There are currently twelve beds in the non-secure unit. Muskegon River Youth Home accepted youth by referral from D.H.S., court, private and adoption subsidy. The secure unit was built in 2003 and has 24 beds. Muskegon River Youth Home saw a need for a non-secure girl’s treatment unit, so an additional 12 beds were added in 2005. We have since added a secure sex offender treatment program and an additional 15 bed single room male residential program. We are a licensed for a total of 79 males and females, ages 10-17. We accept delinquent and or abused males or females. |
