Spectrum Health Systems - Inpatient Detoxification/transitional Support Services Location: Westborough, MA - 01581 Contact Phone: (800) 366-7732 Website: http://www.spectrumhealthsystems.org/ Description: Inpatient Detoxification: Spectrum offers inpatient detoxification programs which provide 24-hour medical supervision and nursing care to ensure safe withdrawal from alcohol and other drugs for physically addicted adults. Emphasis is placed on engaging clients in continued treatment following the completion of detoxification. Length of stay ranges up to six days. Transitional Support Services: Located at our Westborough Treatment Campus, Spectrum operates a 30-bed short-term residential program offering Transitional Support Services (TSS) for men and women who require additional stabilization following detoxification. Case managers meet with clients to develop and implement an individual service plan in order to prepare for the next phase of their recovery. Daily psycho-educational groups are held to address the needs of clients in transition. Length of stay ranges up to 30 days. |

Spectrum Health Systems - Residential Treatment Location: Westborough, MA - 01581 Contact Phone: (800) 366-7732 Website: http://www.spectrumhealthsystems.org/ Description: Spectrum operates three residential treatment programs in Massachusetts: an 80-bed program for men and women in Westborough, an 18-bed program for young adult males, also in Westborough, and a 30-bed program for men in Weymouth. Clients participate in a structured weekly schedule consisting of recovery groups, individual counseling, treatment planning and recreational activities. Individual progress is assessed every 30 days by the program’s multi-disciplinary team. The program’s length of stay is variable based upon individual progress. Clients who successfully complete the three treatment phases are eligible for participation in the re-entry component of the program which consists of community work and continued “in-house†individual and group counseling. Comprehensive after-care planning is also provided in order to ensure continued treatment and prevent relapse following discharge from the program. |
