Talbot County Addictions Program Location: Easton, MD - 21601 Contact Phone: (410) 819-5602 Website: http://www.talbothealth.org Description: The mission of the Talbot County Addictions Program (TCAP) is to provide the finest quality, most caring and complete professional addictions treatment to adults and families. We aspire to improve the quality of life for our clients and our community by reducing problems associated with drugs and alcohol. The Talbot County Addictions Program (TCAP) provides screening, assessment, individual and group counseling ,referral and care coordination services to adults, adolescents and their families who have problems with alcohol and drugs. Outpatient treatment addresses the chronic nature of addiction as a disease process and provides participants skills to avoid relapse. There is an emphasis on learning how to use community supports (AA/NA) effectively while being a member of a structured treatment program. Programs offered include relapse prevention, women’s group, co-occurring treatment, detention-based treatment, adolescent services, family education and support, care coordination, Spanish services, traditional and enhanced adult outpatient treatment and drug courts. Program Funded by DHMH Grants, Medicaid, private insurance and Self-pay. Call for information on the 6 week DWI Education Program. The program staff work with various agencies in community to connecting the individuals for needed services including mental health, insurance, housing and somatic health needs. |
