Since our founding, the Robert Young Center has championed mental health care advocacy, offering services under UnityPoint Health - Trinity. We are proud to be one of the most experienced mental health care providers, with a long tradition of caring for our community. While being a leader in compassionate care is important, we believe it's equally important to be a leader in the behavioral health industry. The Robert Young Center (RYC) is an established and financially viable behavioral health care organization that is integrated within Trinity Regional Health System as well as a Comprehensive Community Mental Health Center. This unique corporate model allows us to be at the national forefront of bi-directional integration of primary and behavioral healthcare services which leads to better clinical outcomes at less expense for the patient. We offer a full continuum of behavioral health services including outpatient therapies, inpatient psychiatric services, partial hospitalization, continuing care, and chemical dependency treatment services. Additionally, RYC offers 24 hours a day, seven days a week crisis intervention services for those people experiencing psychiatric emergencies, those under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or those who simply need to talk to someone about the stresses affecting their lives. For those individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.), RYC offers an alternative to hospitalization and hope for recovery through the Community Support Program (CSP). CSP also offers District 22, which serves as a gathering point for these individuals to learn life skills and prevocational training while offering the opportunity for socialization. |

Center For Alcohol And Drug Services Inc. - Rock Island Location: Rock Island, IL - 61201 Contact Phone: (309) 788-4571 Website: http://www.cads-ia.com Description: On January, 25, 1980, a combined board leadership held its first official meeting of the newly formed Center for Alcohol & Drug Services, Inc. That was the beginning of a distinguished history combining efforts and shared success of multiple professionals and individuals dedicated to the prevention, assessment and treatment of substance abuse in the Quad Cities and surrounding communities. The organization is affectionately known as “CADS,†an acronym that implies familiarity without further explanation. Evaluation: Staff assess individual substance use and make recommendations regarding the appropriate diagnostic impression and level of treatment, if any, required to meet the individual needs. Outpatient Treatment: Outpatient Services include both intensive and extended levels of care. Both levels of care provide individual, group, and family counseling. Length of stay varies according to individual needs. Outpatient Methadone Treatment: Methadone medication is provided as an adjunct to substance abuse treatment. Clients are admitted to treatment by a physician after an assessment process determines the appropriateness for such care. Illinois DUI Evaluation & Risk Education: Persons, who have been charged with a Driving Under the Influence (DUI) offense in Illinois, can be evaluated at the CADS Rock Island. Risk education classes are also available. |
