At no cost to the resident, our six-month residential program provides a supportive, structured environment for women transitioning back into the community. Crossroads provides food and shelter immediately upon a woman’s release from prison, clothing for daily wear and employment needs, and necessary toiletries. Facilitated in a sober environment licensed by the Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs, living arrangements are provided in conjunction with a variety of on-site and community-based programs. These programs allow the women to focus on the steps necessary to reshape their lives and provide them with the tools to empower themselves in carrying out these steps and, ultimately, achieve success. |
