While our focus is on opiate addiction, we also provide treatment for all drugs and alcohol, HIV/AIDS, compulsive gambling and domestic violence. Many locations offer classes in impulse control, anger management and DUI. We also provide low cost assessments, counseling and classes for criminal justice agencies such as parole, probation, child and family services, as well as the courts. Each Center for Behavioral Health location is staffed with highly qualified physicians, pharmacists, nurses and licensed and certified counselors. The intensive outpatient treatment option is held Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, 8:30-11:30 a.m. or Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 6:00-9:00 p.m. The sessions continue for six weeks and include group therapy, family counseling, educational lectures and films, relapse prevention and 12 Step program work. Individual sessions are also available and patients receive up to one year of continuing care. Tempe also offers traditional outpatient, individual and group counseling, relapse prevention, telehealth, assessment/evaluation services and continuing care.
