Description: ARCH is Adolescent Residential Center for Help, an intensive residential treatment program for chemical dependency and co-occurring disorders. Our facility houses 24 residents and is located on Hiland Road in Eagle River, Alaska. ARCH serves chemically dependent adolescents, ages 13 through 18, in a structured home-like environment, providing clear limits and boundaries.
