Details: Aspire Health Partners provides outpatient services for Brevard County adolescents and adults through evidence-based treatment services including drug education, intervention services, DUI classes, and drug court programs. This comprehensive program offers a wide range of services to each client, including individual, family, and group counseling, psycho-educational programming, life skills, experiential therapy, relapse prevention, and formal referrals to community agencies based on individual needs. Outpatient and prevention services are available for both adults and adolescents. Operation Center Focus is a 42 bed transitional housing program for male veterans who are homeless and in need of substance abuse services. The program is designed to provide transitional housing and supportive services including medical evaluation, mental health counseling, psycho-social support, education/vocational training, and additional services that focus on the veteran's recovery and restoration of a healthy, responsible lifestyle.
