Details: The Navy’s Substance Abuse Program was developed in the early 1970s with the goal of returning service members with substance use problems to full and productive service. Over the past 38 years the program has changed to adapt to the needs of the Navy and to the changing landscape of substance abuse and dependency prevention and treatment. General education, evaluation and referral for treatment are provided at the Wellness Center. Referrals may be made via command DAPA, your primary care provider or by calling (228) 871-2256.
